Our latest Holiday Activities and Food (HAF) Programme trip took us to the ice rink for a fantastic day of ice skating!
Many of the children stepped outside their comfort zones, learned new skating skills with support and encouragement, and grew in confidence as they made their way around the rink. It was wonderful to see everyone having fun, cheering each other on, and enjoying a memorable experience together.
After all the excitement on the ice, everyone enjoyed a well-earned healthy meal to finish off the day.
The Holiday Activities and Food (HAF) Programme is funded by the Department for Education and provides free holiday activities and healthy meals for children and young people who are eligible for benefits-related free school meals.
