Would like to announce the launch of its new project which is funded by the UK Shared Prosperity Fund and designed to support and elevate the lives of over 500 BAME participants through addressing their unique needs and challenges, fostering inclusion, and facilitating their progression to employment.
The project is dedicated to empowering South Tyneside’s BAME community through addressing critical areas such as digital skills, financial literacy and employability. The initiative is to l create a positive, inclusive, and supportive environment where individuals can thrive. It’s aimed at reducing isolation, improving well-being, and ultimately leading the communities to become more integrated and empowered residents of South Tyneside.

This comprehensive engagement strategy will enable Crest to connect with and support economically inactive BAME individuals in South Tyneside.
We are very excited to launch the Upskill to Success Project. Through the project we seek to address the lack of opportunities among BAME Communities, empower the community with digitalisation and access to education, training and employability.
CREST has 20 years’ experience delivering innovative and impactful projects that support BAME communities to have better life chances through enhanced access to opportunities across South Tyneside, helping over 750 individuals each year.
