Men's chill and chat

In the men’s chill and chat group we planned a session whereby the group discussed their achievements, lessons learnt and goals for the year to come. This session enabled the members to reflect on the year gone and also look ahead for the new year. CREST provides a safe space for its users to open up and discussion issues and topics important to them. The session highlighted the struggles, progression and strength of the members and of their dedication to staying positive amidst hardship.
